Dylan K. Anderson

Dylan works on a variety of legal subjects including municipal and administrative law, land use and zoning issues, real property law and development, boundary disputes, construction law, environmental law, water law, and contract litigation.

Dylan is an East Idaho native. He grew up just outside of Blackfoot, and is a graduate of Snake River High School. Dylan first came to Rexburg to attend BYU-Idaho. After receiving a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Idaho State University, and his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, Dylan came back to Rexburg and served as a staff attorney for the Honorable Gregory W. Moeller, Idaho District Court. Dylan joined the firm in the summer of 2016.

Dylan met his wife Ashley at a Washington Nationals baseball game, where they happened to sit by each other during a group outing with mutual friends. They have three children.
